In the sections below, you will find a description of each processing activity as well as information pertaining to the processed personal data, the purpose of processing personal data, the legal basis, transfers (as well as any third-party transfers if relevant) and the retention period.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we process personal data about you in the form of your name and email address. Our legal basis for the processing of personal data is your consent, CF. GDPR Article 6(1)(A) and Article 10(1) of the Danish Marketing Act.
At any point in time, you are entitled to withdraw your consent. You can do so by contacting us via email or phone, the details of which are listed in the section above.
We will only process your personal data for as long as necessary in order to pursue the purposes listed above. Once there is no longer a need for the processing in question, we will delete your personal data. When assessing our needs and duration of the data retention period, we will consider relevant legal obligations and statutes of limitations, as well as the risk associated with the processing in question.
Your information is processed as part of signing up for our newsletter and is stored as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter, and thus deleted once you have unsubscribed.
Your name and email address will be deleted no longer than 48 hours after your unsubscribe request has been received.
The documentation for the consent given in connection with this will be stored for a period of 5 years, in accordance with data protection regulations.

Under certain circumstances, you are entitled to request that your personal data is deleted before the standard expiry of our retention period.
