A final and binding contract has been concluded between you and Alûstre when your order has been confirmed by Alûstre.
Alûstre will send an order confirmation to you by email when the order has been confirmed and shipped. The order receipt received immediately after placing the order does not constitute an order confirmation.
The agreement is only binding when you have received an e-mail from Alûstre informing you that we have shipped the item. Your payment instrument will not be charged until you have received a confirmation and the item has been shipped.
Alûstre keeps a copy of the agreement, which will be sent on request.
You are only allowed to purchase products in the Alûstre online shop if you are a private consumer, i.e., not a business customer.
Alûstre reserves the right to prevent persons from shopping via the Alûstre online shop in case of a high number of returns. Moreover, deactivation of customer accounts can also be triggered by suspected fraud.
Alûstre has a quantity limit per order on selected items to prevent purchases via www.alustre.com from being made with planned resale in mind. For those items that are subject to quantity limitation, it will not be possible to order more than the maximum quantity shown on the screen when the order is placed.
If Alûstre assesses that a customer has tried to circumvent Alûstre’s rules regarding quantity limitation or generally buys with a view to planned resale, Alûstre reserves the right to cancel one or more of these orders without the customer being able to make any claim against Alûstre in this connection.
All prices are stated inclusive of VAT and other taxes. The applicable price is the one stated in the Alûstre online shop in respect of the relevant product on the date of placing of the order.

When ordering goods at the Alûstre online shop an amount will be added in payment of shipping costs amounting to EUR 5.00 – 25.00 depending on shipping method and country.

Express shipping: Express shipping is available for orders that do not contain nail polish or perfumes. Express shipping is always delivered as a home delivery and cost EUR 10 on top of regular freight.
Alûstre does not assist in VAT refund for the purchase of products from our online shop, which are exported outside of European Union by individuals. This also concerns products, which are purchased with Click & Collect.
Therefore, Alûstre retail shops offering the Click & Collect service are not obliged to assist in the refund of VAT on products purchased from Alûstre.
When ordering goods in the Alûstre online shop it is possible to use the following payment options:

Your payment and card information is stored with Alûstre’ selected PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry, Data Security Standard) certified partner. The information is therefore stored in a secure PCI-certified environment that meets international security standards until the payment transactions are completed. When you use payment cards on www.Alustre.com, only Alûstre' PCI DSS certified partner, and not Alûstre, gets access to your card information. The processing of your card information is therefore only a matter between you and Alûstre' PCI DSS certified partner, even if it happens while you are using www.Alustre.com.
Unless you have been informed otherwise, the usual time of delivery from the time of placing the order is:

We offer the following types of delivery:

If ordered goods are out of stock, your order shall not lead to a binding agreement and Alûstre shall not be obliged to deliver such goods. Backorders will be automatically canceled.
Please note that some delivery methods may be limited to certain zip codes, as well as certain time intervals. Only the valid delivery methods will be visible upon completion of the purchase and choice of delivery. Expected delivery time is 2-4 business days, however, orders containing order items will generally have a longer delivery time. The delivery time is stated in the individual item. All products on an order are generally shipped together, and there is generally no split-delivery. Therefore, the latest delivery time of a product will determine the total delivery time of an order. The expected delivery time may vary during peak periods such as after Black Friday. Alûstre is responsible for the goods until you have received them.
Upon receipt of your order, we will pack it as soon as possible and ship with one of our partners. We use various delivery companies, including (cf. above). The price for delivery is clearly stated before payment. To obtain free delivery on selected delivery methods (in addition to personal pick-up), the order size must be more than EUR 50.00 unless otherwise stated.
Packages that are not picked up within 7 days in the customer's desired parcel shop are automatically returned to Alûstre. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of EUR 50.00 for uncollected packages to cover handling, administration costs and packaging.
Alûstre sells products to private people who are of age (later referred to as consumer) and to people under the age of 18 years with the approval of their legal caretakers.
Ordering via any credit purchase method by a person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
The customer can access their account at any time to view their current order status. The customer is liable for keeping his login information confidential and not to give the information to anyone else. Any information regarding the login information must be protected by the customer, and any documents containing this information must be kept so that outside parties have no access to them. Inability to comply with this, will lead to liability to pay for any purchases made by another person with the account holder's information.
The customer might be sent requests to review any ordered items or be sent other questionnaires. The customer is not required to answer or to react to these inquiries. Any damage to goods that is noticed upon receiving the item must be informed to Alûstre, without unnecessary delay.
Damages reported after 14 days of receiving the products will be considered not being due to any mishandling by Alûstre or the courier. Any exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis between a customer supporter and the customer.
Any customer account that has been used in violation to these terms can be closed without any warning.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you have:
received your order(s) / item(s)
get the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually (split-delivery).

Please be advised, that the address to which the unambiguous statement to withdraw from the contract must be sent, differs from the address for return of the products.
The address for returning the products is listed below under the heading ”7.3 Return of goods”.
In case your goods have been returned to us without a statement that you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will regard the return of the products as a withdrawal from the contract.
In case you have chosen the delivery method Click & Collect (collection of parcel in one of our shops) and you do not pick up your parcel within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the parcel to the shop, the parcel will be returned to the Alûstre online shop.
We will regard this return as a withdrawal from the contract.
If you exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs, if you have chosen a different means of delivery than the less expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without unnecessary delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the date when we received your request to withdraw from this contract.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment unless you have explicitly accepted otherwise. In any event you will not be charged with any fees as a result of the repayment.
We may withhold the repayment until we have received the goods or until you have submitted documentation that the goods have been returned, as may be appropriate.
In case of partial return, you will not receive a refund of the delivery costs.
You must return the goods to Alûstre without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date when you have informed us that you want to withdraw from the contract.
Withdrawal from the contract will be deemed in due time if, before expiry of the 14-day period, you have handed over the goods to the postal services or other services having undertaken to be in charge of the dispatch of the goods to Alûstre.
To retain proof that you have withdrawn from the contract in due time, you should keep the receipt or return tracking number stating that you have handed over the goods to the postal services, etc., for the purpose of dispatch.
In case of return you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods (postage/freight). If you return the goods using our return label, you will be charged an amount of EUR 5.00 – 25.00, which will be deducted from your refund.

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties, and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. Please note, sealed and customs good(s) are subject to other requirements, and it is not necessarily possible to try these and retain the full right of withdrawal.
Goods without a seal that have been tried in addition to what is described above are considered used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

When you shop at Alustre.com, you have a 24-month warranty if there are defects in your product. This means that in principle, depending on the specific situation, you can have the product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction.

On the basis of applicable law you are obliged to notify a defect in conformity to the supplied products in a timely manner, whereby a notification within two months after discovery of the defect will always qualify as a notice that is sent on time. The right to notify a non-conformity means that you may complain about faults or defects in the products, that have come to surface after delivery.

Alûstre reserves the right to any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold out goods and force majeure, including labor disputes and defects in or delay of deliveries from subcontractors.
